Local Car Repair Experts in Tuscaloosa, AL
Family-Owned Auto Repair in Tuscaloosa, AL Since 2012
Pitts Automotive is a locally owned, family-operated independent auto repair facility in Tuscaloosa, AL, founded by Chad and Maggie Pitts on July 2, 2012. Located just ½ mile off McFarland Blvd on Hargrove Road East, our shop was built to give drivers a reliable alternative for honest auto repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and service for all makes and models.
As the business grew, Pitts Automotive expanded by acquiring the neighboring carwash property and completing a front shop expansion in 2018. That investment added more parking, more service bays, and more capacity for our team of 8 professionals to serve customers efficiently while maintaining the personal care and quality standards our shop is known for.
Award-Winning Auto Repair Backed by Trust, Warranty, and Community
Pitts Automotive has earned recognition for its commitment to high-quality service, including the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, Tuscaloosa Votes 2025 Gold Winner for best auto repair and maintenance, Carfax Customer Top-Rated Service Center recognition, and BBB certification with an A+ rating for over 12 years. Our shop has also been a West Alabama Chamber of Commerce member for nearly 14 years, reflecting our long-standing commitment to the Tuscaloosa community.
